Returns
Should you wish to return or exchange your item(s), please kindly email us at stellaunleashednh@gmail.com with the reason of return, within 10 days from receiving your order. All eligible purchases can only be returned for store credit.
Return-to-Sender Due to Incorrect Address
Please note that the customer is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address. If a package is marked as 'Return to Sender' due to an incorrect/incomplete/undeliverable address, a fee of $10 will be deducted from your store credit.
Customers are responsible for all fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
Once we receive your parcel, we will contact you as soon as it is assessed. Store credit will only be issued once we confirm the eligibility of your return parcel.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Item
If you received a faulty, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, contact us at stellaunleashednh@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, you will need to complete a return and place a new order.
